Hello I'm on the hunt to find box braces for my 1994 F-250 their rusty, holey, or sections completely gone, local body shop said find a new box their not available anymore, hoping you guys might know a supplier or have an alternative solution I would hate to have to get another box.
So I removed all the old spot welds cleaned up any rust and por15 the the olde girl. Made box braces out of sheet donated from a local business scrap metal bin they had bent them wrong for a customer and were the perfect size here's a picture of one. I forgot to take a picture when the box was off so I laid on my back and took a picture as best as I could. Worst part of the repair is the spot welds on the stock braces.
