Anybody else order from them?

They sent me a 12" x 18" x 24" box with 7 oil filters, 2 air filters 2 windshield wipers and no packing material !!!!!!!

Never again, second time in a row for me.

Looks bad, but did anything actually get damaged? Haven't ordered from them in a while but never remember having an issue.

Some styrofoam filling is not to much to ask....or perhaps a smaller box for filters and a size and shape proportionate box for blades

WOW, what did you do to **** off your UPS driver. Looks like the box was set there, then kicked.

Come to think of it, I don't recall packing material in past deliveries from them. I have never pissed off my delivery drivers that much either. I ordered a box of bullets for reloading one time, they were packaged like yours. I picked 500 bullets from the shipping box, and one completely empty box that once held the bullets.

Pretty hard for the shipper to avoid that damage to the box with no packing material. Looks like a USPS label and tape across the top. They could have shipped that stuff in a smaller priority box and packed it with something protective.

That is what I think. No way you throw all that in a box that big.
Luckily, nothing looks to be torn up other than the air filter box.

I agree, while I am not a huge fan of USPS if you do your part by packing correctly, things stand a far better chance.... this is not USPS fault.
I have sent out two different fragile/expensive items through USPS with no problems.
USPS lady said to always go 2nd day or better.... the less time in their system the better!

Just an FYI, this first order was out of the FT Smith warehouse.
Just got a second box from Rochester, appropriately sized box and correctly packed.

I ordered on the 2nd, expected delivery was the11th.
They did well there.

Might be an idea to call in a complaint to them to see it they can correct things for others in the future. I would think the owner of the company might like to know whats going on if he values his customers. Thats pretty sad shipping like that.

I did, sent them the same pictures, they don't seem overly concerned.

In the interest of save the environment and maybe a little money most of these items don't need any packing material. They should have been in a smaller box. It looks worse than what it really is.

Sorry to see your package arrived like it did. I've only placed a few orders with rock auto, but all have arrived in tact and packaged safely. Hopefully this is a fluke and won't happen again.

UPS and Fedex kick, drop, and drive the truck over every box they deliver.
USPS has never damaged anything I've ever sent or received.
