It is chrome plated, as far is shipping goes i will have to weigh it and go from there, i can do that in the morning, shipping through greyhound would maybe be the cheapest way to get it there. i dont think it will be to expensive,

John, i weighed the grille it is 16 lbs with the headlight buckets, and like i mentioned its chrome plated steel "not aluminum". sorry i dont have any headlight bezels for it, i will get that pic a little later of the corner that has the small ding. Jess
