Will fluid leak out from pulling drive shaft from sealed 6speed?

I want to pull my drive shaft from my 12' the grease the splines. But it seems all the other trucks I used to own it always leaked out some fluild. Being that this is a sealed unit I don't want to risk lowering the amount of fluild .

It's not sealed. There is a fill hole and dipstick.

No fluid will leak out. I have removed the drive shaft on both my 11' and 14' and my father's 06'. To make it easier on yourself back the truck up onto some car ramps it makes working underneath a lot easier.

One other thought, you should use the blue grease from Ford the shaft splines are Teflon coated and I don't think standard grease is compatible. Just my .02.
