Jim, Glad to hear that, at least, you're more comfortable now...Things to get better from here.
Been talking to as many friends as possible trying to organize a mass rain dance. Everyone keeps talking about El Nino. I hope it shows up soon.

Oh it's out there. My brother lives in San Diego and said the ocean water is 74* right now.

Good Morning NorCal...It looks to be a nice day brewing out there...a bit warmer though, but nice none the less. No smoke in the air this AM, but I know the Firefighters are still out there bustin their a$$es for us.

Good Morning NorCal...I'm hoping to have a nice "shop" day today, but you never know. I expect to have the re-trim out done on the house this week. Then it will be some Truck time...I hope.

Hey guys 
, sorry I haven't felt like typing much, been working on Dads house trying to get it on the Market, exterior paint was in real bad shape , mainly peeling so I put the Pressure sprayer to it 
, bad Idea now one paint peel turned into having to paint the whole dam house, I Think somebody used a interior paints for exterior CMU Block walls, anyway , did AZ get some Rain, most of the roads turned into rivers, Dads back yard was flowing like a small Creak , kind of a good thing now I don't have to rake up the leaves and oranges, ( the neighbor does) lol , yak at ya"ll later Gents
