Time,,, I need to get this taken care of and head to a job in Nevada No time for ordering online.
I understand. My choice would be the dealership and asking very politely if they can match or come close on the price. Buy both sides if they will. Replace the busted one and have the other on hand for insurance.
Then, if they don't budge on the price, order the less expensive one from Clay for the DS and take the more expensive one back to Ford. This is what I have done.
Then, swap it out and keep the good used one in your tool box.
FYI, My cousin bought the cheaper one from the Irish place and made it about 5k before he had to replace it due to a substantial leak. He went OE then.
NOT HAPPY
I got the hoses and I cannot get one of the connections to 'click' in. It seems to be in properly and I cannot pull it out. When I crank the engine, the hose blows out of the hole.
Does that plastic ring, the one you have to push down with the tool for removal, need to be in a certain position when installing the hoses?

It should snap in and look identical like the other three connectors. Is it on the HPOP side or head that you are having trouble with?
On one I worked on recently, I used a small wooden dowel and a hammer to "lightly" drive it the final 1/16 of an inch.
Make sure the fitting is clean and without burrs before you try that.
