wheels and tires

hi this is my first post but I'm not new to forums at all. I have performed a search before asking this question but due to my job and other things outside of work do not have time to sit and be a keyboard commander so to speak. I have a 99 250 super duty extended cab full 8' bed xlt if that helps. I'm looking at putting on new rims and tires. truck is all stock suspension. I've been looking at some wheel sites and some of the wheels say only for lifted trucks etc. I would like to run a 20" wheel with a floating tires size of 33x12.5 or roughly 315/50/20. I know current stock wheels have 5" of wheel from the hub to inside the fender. so if I'm not mistaken the stock rims have positive offset. if I go with a 10 or 12 inch wheel width with a -44 offset should that compensate for the width of the wheel without any spacers? will I rub? what are some of the options that I have for running new wheels (pref. 20") and keeping stock suspension setup? I do not want to raise since the truck is used on the farm by my parents and my mom has a hard enough time getting into it already. thanks in advance guys!!
