ID'ing 4.6 Heads

ID'ing 4.6 Heads
2000 F150 XLT 4.6 4x4 - After trying to learn a little about the 4.6 motor, I see there are PI and nonPI heads. How can I tell which ones I have? I did a google search, but I'm reading a lot of conflicting info.
