E250 Cargo Van
I know its an E250 but can't find the size of the engine.
I was wanting to know the towing capacity for this van.

You need to give us more information. Find the data plate that should be inside the drivers door.

Model Year, GVWR, Axle ratings, and the VIN number would help a lot.
