WTF power problems

WTF power problems
3.2 volts measured off of the back off my 3rd "brand new alternator" I also had a 500 miliamp parasite draw.
removed instrument cluster fuse (35), and parasite draw goes down to 300mA. Here is the WTF part: alternator charges @ 14 volts.
Am I crazy, or has anyone else had this problem before?
I also noticed if I take out my front wiper main fuse (106), the draw goes down to 150mA.

Ok guys and gals, it's been a while as I got busy with work. I found and have fixed the problem! The wiper motor shorted out and in turn caused the instrument clusters battery saver relay to stay on and never go off. This burned up the cluster.....the rest is history

I don't know if it's related to your problem but it might be worth looking into.
