Progress on my 54

Finally got my wiring done to the point I can start the truck. This truck has been sitting since 1975 but it now lives again.

Just a short clip of it running. I have since finished tuning it up. Once I hooked up the vacuum line to brake booster I found I don't have enough for the brakes. I ordered a vacuum pump kit that should be here on Thursday. Once installed it should be ready for a test drive down the driveway.

Now all the big pieces of the truck are left Bed, fenders, etc.

Nice! Seems funny there's not enough vacuum for a brake booster ...?

Received my vacuum pump kit on Thursday and have it all wired up and plumbed in. Brakes feel much better now. Pics to follow.

I also bought a complete exhaust kit from LMC and have all but the last over axle pipe installed. There is an issue with fit. Contacted them and waiting on a reply. Sounds much better now.

Hope to do a test drive later this week when I'm off again. Will post another video when I do.
