Leaning towards the Mini today. Maybe wait until next spring as they have just gone through a redesign just like the 17 SD's and deals and rebates won't be easily found. This summer we will just ride two up on the wife's Spyder and sell it next spring. Well, that's the plan today anyways. Not sure why I started all this in Roy's thread. Sorry buddy.
The stand could be designed to withstand the lateral forces. X bracing and sticking it in the corner would help, but might be more trouble than it's worth. Especially with getting the clearance needed, getting around it when parking the car, etc. The overall look might not be what you are looking for as the trailer itself command it look nice.
