Your profile says MN. Is that where the truck is located? IMHO MN is not a hot bed for project buyers and project trucks like yours are fairly plentiful. I agree that 1000, to 2000. is a realistic price range depending on how much of a hurry you are in. If in a hurry, cut my estimate in 1/2.
If you can at least say in your ad whether or not the engine is free (i.e. can you make the crankshaft rotate either by hand, a wrench on the crank pulley nut or just by rocking it back and forth while in gear it would help your selling price. Also you need better pictures particularly under the hood (is the engine complete - carb, fuel pump, distributor, etc.) and the weak spots like the floor of the cab, the sides of the front fenders and the box floor.
Thanks everyone. I only posted a few photos on here to get a general idea of a price. I am not selling it online. I am selling it locally and figured anyone interested can inspect it as closely as they wanted. So thank again for your help.

Just my take, but I think the OP had already made up his/her mind that it is worth at least $5K and was really looking for us to say, "Oh yea, $5K easy".

With all due respect, your approach is a path to disappointment. If you are going to rely upon a window sign in the truck at the end of the driveway, plan to own it for a long time. Even a Craig's List ad is routinely viewed across larger regions or across state lines. Most prospective buyers want a clear, complete description and enough well lit, well framed photos to provide a good sense of condition. Lacking this information, or the willingness of the seller to provide it upon request, doesn't usually make for a rapid, best dollar transaction. Your call.
