Knock sensor extremely high. No codes
2001 F250 5.4L 2v 4x4
Hey guys. Been throwing parts at my old girl for a while now. Runs like I'm towing a boulder. Falls flat on its face at highway speeds.
Just got one of those fancy scanners. I'm getting no codes. Brand new plugs .054 gapped. Brand new cops. New cat. Fuel pressure ok 31lbs and 38lbs with vac uplugged. FP Regulator seems ok. 17 lbs vacuum at idle. New MAF. New Tps. Cleaned iac. Seafoamed TB thru brake booster vac. Cleaned injectors. New fuel filter. New air filter. New Intake manafold. IAT reading 85F. It's 85 outside. Short fuel trims flopping between +2/-2
Knock sensor is reading 10 to 12 at idle. 40 at 4k. Doesn't seem to miss. Most timing i have seen is +32. You can hear a tiny blimp from the loud exhaust every once in a while under throttle. Scanner live data shows no misfire.
Any of you gents have any idea what's going on?
