regen question..

Does anybody know how much diesel fuel is used during a typical regen cycle?

I don't believe I've ever seen that quantified. I believe it's a lot less than most people think, probably in the neighborhood of 10-12 oz.

Hmmmm,
How much would you use traveling at 75 mph and the regen lasts 10-20 minutes? At least mine lasted that long.

I have heard all kinds of things from just a few ounces to a gallon and a half.

I calculated my regens burning 1-2 gallons depending on whether I'm on the freeway or in stop-and-go traffic.

It's worse when it's cold outside and stop-and-go heavy traffic. The darn thing never heats up enough to do any good
