My soon to be awesome truck!

Hi Guys,

I was using this website a lot and most folks are pretty knowledgeable so I decided to join. Here are some pics (sorry about the order they imported in) of my 66 long bed F100 that I am in the midst of tearing down for a complete frame off restore. The list of mods I have planned is pretty long but the result will be a very hot hotrod. It is very solid and does not need much rust repair ( a little in the passenger floorpan) BUT the box is shot (rusted through at the base of the box right at the end where the bed meets the panel nearest the cab). Finding another is proving to be very hard. I have tons of ideas and questions, and really look fwd to everyone's feedback.

Thought this would be heavier

All vacuumed out

Ready to be a project!

I like the condition. You don't find anything like that from Illinois. I would love to start with a body that you didn't have to replace 50% of! Rock on!
