I read the tech pages and it is just swapping out certain leafs? can you just run the truck springs and forget about swapping out individuals?
My springs are toast and I need to lift it a bit more to stop rubbing when I turn so I am just trying to figure it all out. I am wanting smoother riding truck so I am open to suggestions.
Looking for a 6-8" so not sure if the coded springs even matter.
Across the board it's a full pack swap. The B-mod involves adding the lower two springs from the Excursion pack to the bottom of the B's to replace the overload leaf which can cause issues with the rear A/C lines IIRC.
If you want 6-8", you're looking at the wrong application unless you want to run full hangers and big blocks.
okay. SO still buy superduty springs? I am good with that. any brand more popular than others? I heard Donahoe is now Icon. Do they still make a good spring? I liked Deaver springs in the past. Just want a smooth ride and a little more height.
Anything extra needed for running superduty springs or is it bolt on stuff.
