What is it?
I had to take off the inner plastic fender (passenger side) on my '99 Explorer to access the oxygen sensor and when it came off, there was a black, round ball-looking thing with two hoses. What is it?

Where do the hoses go?

Vacuum reservoir or evap canister are the only things that come to my limited mind.
