These are Ford pickup wheels off a 75. Just painted to match the body and a trim ring added. BTW, your stock wheels were never meant to carry tubless tires. They may well not hold air as that was the job of the tube.
Could you do me a favor and post a pic of the wheels with the truck in the picture? Trying to see exactly what it would look like. Thanks!!
Here ya go, 52flatheadF1: This is the best shot I have showing how the wheels fit the truck.
Looks like this will be the route I am going to take. Nice truck by the way! Last question, is what size tires are you running on those wheels? Are you running larger on the rear?
Thanks.
I have 235/60/15's on it. Cooper does make a 295/50/15 that I am looking to put on the back. It's 2.5 inches wider and .5 inch taller, so it's very compatible. It think that 2.5 inches will fill the rear fender quite nicely.
Cool, I really appreciate all your info and help. I am calling local junk yards trying to find some, they keep asking if I want 15x5.5, 15x6, or 15x7...all 5x5.5 bolt pattern. I'm not sure what to get, what are yours?

I'm speaking directly of your current setup that the pictures show. You said your running 235/60r15 on those ford wheels, are the wheels the 15x7 ford wheels?
So i picked up a set of 15x7 ford wheels from a local junkyard. Wire wheel and sanding flap wheel took care of the surface rust and imperfections. Cleaned them all up and applied 3 coats of black and 3 coats of clear. Ordered new center covers so they would shine and new chrome lug nuts. Here is a before/after so far.
Not exactly sure of original vehicle information, but its an early 80s f150 wheel i believe. They are 15x7 5x5.5 bolt pattern. They bolt right up over factory drums and look awesome. They were the perfect fit for the truck for now, in a few years when i tear the truck down, and get into more horsepower and better paint, im sure i will be getting brand new wheels at that point...but a cheap investment for now...got cooper cobras going on them next week - 235/60R15
Here is the finished product for anyone who has been following this thread. I haven't cleaned the blue crap off the tires yet, but they look great. The truck handles and rides so much better than the bias tires..holy crap! I do have 1 regret, and that is not going taller in the back to get more top end speed out of it, but it is what it is at this point.
