P0470
I have a 2004 6.0 with 75000 miles on it. My truck is throwing a P0470 code pointing at the exhaust pressure sensor. my question is do I need this sensor or can i bypass it? If I need it where can I get one for a reasonable price? When I look up the part it only shows 2005 and up.

You need it, helps the turbo make boost.
Should be right next to the thermostat housing. Remove it, stick string trimmer line down the tube to clean it and try it, could just be plugged.
$30 or so at Advance Auto
