Boss needs some advice

Hey there all... My boss asked me to come and inquire of all you for some info... He has a 98 or 99 F-250, X-cab 4x2 with the 7.3L. He wants to do a general upgrade: intake, exhaust and some sort of chip. I know Banks makes a package like this, but since I'm not too familiar with the diesel, I don't know who makes quality parts for them... Any advice?

I'm not in a position to recommend parts, but I wanted to remind you to not forget the guages. Important to keep EGTs down when 'chipped'.

tymar intake, diablo delta flip chip, full 4" exhaust from a reputible company.
