Exahust noise etc
Need some help identifying a part? It's used to be mounted on a 1 1/4" Nut behind the back of the engine with a Hose attached to it. I'm assuming it broke off the NUT. See Picture:
I'M ASSUMING IT'S THE "AIR SUPPLY CHECK VALVE"
iS THAT CORRECT?

I had a few exhaust leaks. One from the driver’s side exhausts flange and one from the driver’s side shorty headers.
I tighten down the flange as well as replacing the shorty header gasket and figured that would do the trick and fix the exhaust leak.
However, I was still getting a loud noise thinking I was still having issues with the flange and header.
I used a hose to listen and find where the noise and found it was coming from behind the engine.
There was a hose attached to this part. I think broke off from a 1 ¼ inch nut.
I have no clue what this parts name is and what it does and I need to replace it. Nothing in the Haynes manual says anything unless I missed it.
Can anyone tell me what PART this is? Also, what’s the exact size of the NUT so I can get the right socket to remove.
Any help would be great!
Thank you!
