Have made a similar trip 3 times in the last 6 months (SoCal to Cheyenne) 1100 hundred miles and it takes me right at 16 hours each way. Remember, take a CPS with you and some HPOP lines along with other stuff and you should be fine.....

Well I made it a few days ago..and before I set out on my adventure I replaced my cps since I had two new ones and threw the old one in the glove box. I also did the fuel cross over and the oil cross over and I also did the hutch and harpoon mods not exactly sure if it was a combination of all the above or one but I saw ano increase in my fuel mileage on this trip... ever since I got it I have felt like I have had low fuel milage anywhere from 14-16 on in the city or on the highway and on this trip I got 18.25 and my mileage is all hand calculated as well... I also am surprised how smooth and quiet the engine now runs as well....

That is pretty decent mileage. How fast did you drive and are those 265's? Is your truck 2WD or 4WD?

I just finished a 2,000 mile trip with a lot of mountain driving. All highway driving was done at 79 MPH (by GPS) and there was a bit of in town driving and some off road as well, averaged 15 with my 285's and 4x4. Not great but the comfort factor was a 10!

I do believe they are 265 I got em from a budget before I left and theyou came off of a 05 f250 and I kept it at 67 the whole way kept it right at 2k rpm... my truck is a four wheel drive and I am ashamed to say it is did most of the drive on a bad wheel bearing as well

Like your mileage.
How many miles on your truck?
The road salt looks like it's tuff on your baby back there.
