I thought it was a mid-range model based on the grille.
One of my hot rod buddies from my earlier years had a 1971 F100 with an early model Mustang 289, lumpy cam and a three-on-the-tree. It was a handful to drive. Manual steering and brakes.
He handed my the keys many times to run shop errands or pick up his kids. <sigh>
