Professional fix or do it yourself type job

So I had a little accident in my F150, backed into a pole at work and pushed the bumper in a bit and caused some damage to the bed.

Well, as far as the bumper goes, attached a rope, chain or cable to it and a post or tree, and it should straighten out pretty well without too much issue.....if it's slightly twisted, you can fab up a pry bar type tool that you can attach to the bumper and twist it back where it belongs (did this to a relatives GMC not too long ago).

paint matching...not an issue, just buy it from a auto paint supplier and they should be able to color match it for you. Body repair...that's really fairly simple/straight-forward as well......but mask off the area at the body line and use the body line for the paint line (so to speak)...when done, then the body line which is actually a pane transition, will literally hyde and visual deviation (color) and the line will disappear with basic color sanding.
