I took my ECU out of the truck to other day to get the codes off of it to try and get it tuned. I got what I needed off of it and re-installed it. Now the truck will not crank. I put the key in, dash comes on, radio, locks, etc all work. But when I turn to key to start the truck, nothing happens. Starter does not engage, starter relay does not click. I checked the large connector on the ECU to be sure it is tight and seems to be. Did I bump something or accidentally mess with something that could cause this? next to the ECU on the inside of the drivers kick panel there was a small rely what does it do?

Good news. Looks like I must have bumped the harness just next to the engine harness. Spent about 10 min looking around the things and noticed it looked like it wasn't completely seated. Truck runs great now.
