Ahh that's what it is. I'm going to work on it more tomorrow. I'm planning on spring the cab and cutting away the rubber so I can heat the sleeve and see if I can get it free

Well I got all but one bolt out and I have to take a break from the heat. 3 hours for 3 bolts. This is crazy! I ended up heating up the nut on the rear bolts and they came loose no problem. Then I just used a sawzall to cut the sleeve in the middle so I could re use it. I think it'll do just fine.
Not sure if anyone needs the information or not, but I'll keep posting on here so that if someone needs it and does a Google search they will find it.
I got all of the bushings replaced. I had to torch the core support bolts out, and heat the rear cab mount nuts to get them to break loose. After getting the bolts out, I cut the rear rubber away so I could see the sleeve, and cut it with a sawzall right in the middle. That way there would still be sleeve left sticking in each half of the bushings.
The front cab mounts were easier, all I did was use a jack to push up on the body mount nut from the bottom until there was enough room above the mount to get the saw in. I cut the sleeve between the bushing and the mount, and they came right out.
All in all, not "difficult" but the rust and precarious angles make it very time consuming. I think I have about 12 hours of nonstop work in it right now.
The new bushings lifted my cab almost an inch and a half because of how squished the old ones were.
It got a body lift too, only reason being that the body lift was half the price of what it would have cost for new body bolts and I had to torch a few out and cut a few others
Well no more work on the truck. She's gone. Sold her today and bought a 2000 excursion. Always wanted one, and got this one on a deal I couldn't pass up!
