Salutations from Oregon
Sold my '58 apache streetrod (built 30yrs ago.) and needed a new pickup. Thought about the newer Ranger mid size and was looking on local Craigslist for values. Saw this '67 Ranger and it spoke to me. LOUDLY. So I took a ride 2hrs on my bike to check it out. It had many plus's and upgrades so I paid.
99% of my automotive experience has been on GM and Porsche.
Never EVER thought I would have learned so much about Fords.
My Bump is PO's project but much to do on it still.
I've been doing a few things to it mostly cosmetic. Lot of reading. It's definitely a driver. It gets plenty of looks and thumbs up.
I'm really just dying to do the 3"/4" lowering. I'm in my 60's but I think I can still handle it. Have garage/tools. Couple more aches/pains won't matter.
This is it so far.
