Stereo Install

Hello. I'm kinda new here. I recently got an 08 Ranger, and want to put in another stereo. I already have the stereo, it's one that I took from another car. From what I can tell, car stereos are measured in Din, either 1 or 2, and it looks like Fords use a special proprietary size that is 1.5 Din, but standard width. Well, my stereo is 1 din. I know it is adaptable to the size with an installation kit that I saw for sale. Well, my question is, how do I install a stereo in this thing, I just got it two weeks ago. Do I have to take the whole dashboard apart, or can I just slide the old stereo out and put the new one in? If I have to take the dashboard apart, how do I do that? Is there a rough tutorial or instructions anywhere?

Should pull out with removal tools easily . Not a big deal .

So I don't have to pull off any panels to get to any screws, just the removal tool unlocks it?
