Shorty header question

So I'm looking for a set of shorty headers for my 2000 Navigator, and I'm seeing that the selection is tragically slim. I'm wondering if I have any other options. The 2000-2002 Navi has the 5.4 DOHC, which isn't really used in a whole lot of applications (though what a HELL of a motor!) so I'm wondering if a set of shorty headers for a 5.4 2v like the F150's have would fit these heads and bolt up to the rest of the exhaust.

Any thoughts or ideas? TIA!

The exhaust ports are all the same configuration, and the headers should physically bolt to the head. I don't know if the ports are in the same place relative to engine height, etc, which may cause clearance issues on the frame/body/accessories on the truck itself.
