Anyone know where I can get the original exhaust manifold studs for a 239 flathead.

The course side is very short for starters, second dormans studs (which you will find at most stores) are Chinese junk. You need a quality part in this area or you will be asking for trouble down the road.

I've never heard of exhaust troubles that could be traced specifically to the studs, but if you insist, try Rockauto. They would have a pretty good selection (if there is any kind of choice) unless you're looking for something OE, which you'd be better waiting for number dummy. He's got the sources

I'd check with H&H in MI, they are the flathead experts.

I think both macs and collectors auto have that stud along with the brass nut.
