So ever since I got the new truck I wanted to put led lights on it. I came up with an easy non hack way to add all the lights I want. I bought a 7 wire fifth wheel wiring adapter to plug in the factory 7 wire harness. I ran all wires to a waterproof junction box double sided taped to the bed crossmember. Then I ran all my wires to the junction box. No cutting, drilling, or damaging the truck. I used led adhesive back amber strip lights for the sides. It's about 7feet per side. The leftover foot of the roll I split for the grill lights.

I've wanted to add some under carriage lights to my truck too. It's flame blue so I want blue lights under it, but I don't think that's legal. Instead I put some in the bed of the truck. Since it has a topper, BedRug and a futon, I call them mood lights.
