injectors?

can i put 24# injectors on a '79 302 w/ no other mods? would it help?

injectors?

i would assume that you're running a fuel injection setup. and a stock 302 would not need 24 injectors. all that would do would be to add too much fuel to the mixture. a lot of the time, it will get into the oil and thin it out, causing serious motor problems. stick with the 19s, there's a lot of ther cheap ways to get power.

injectors?

I was wondering why there is injectors on a 1979 motor. I thought fuel injection strated in 1986 for trucks. But if it is fi the 19lb injectors would supply plenty of gas to a stock 302. I do believe the 19lb injectors are rated up to 300 hp before bigger ones are needed.
