Rocker arm
1999 F250 Superduty Triton V10
I have a miss on #5 so I changed all the plugs & #5 coil. I then got a miss on #5 and random multiple misses.
Next step was to do a compression test on a few cylinders, which was fine, didn't write them down. But #5 compression was "0". I then pulled the RH valve cover off and found what I expected, the second to the last, intake(?), rocker arm laying in the head.
I ordered a new rocker arm and lifter & gasket. How do I get it back together?? I read about a special valve spring compressor for this engine series but it is #5!! Right next to the evaporator box.
Any suggestions would help big time.
