Are you removing the belt, or the tensioner?

The 15mm bolt holds the pulley onto the tensioner. You also use it to wind up the tensioner spring in order to relieve tension on the belt to remove it. When you do this, you're not turning the bolt, you're simply using it as a "grip" point to put a wrench on it to gain leverage on the tensioner arm. When you get the wrench on, push it counter-clockwise to wind up the tensioner spring. Then slip the belt out from the under the smooth idler (top center of the engine, between the A/C and alternator pulleys). Then you can let go of the tensioner and remove the belt the rest of the way. To re-install the belt, thread it on to all the pulleys, but run it straight across from tha alt to the A/C (above the smooth idler. Then wind up the tensioner spring (again, push counter-clockwise on the breaker bar), and while you're holding it wound up, slip the belt under the center smooth idler. Let go of the tensioner, and it will tension the belt. Check for alignment on all pulleys.

If you're removing the tensioner itself, first remove the belt as described above. THEN you loosen and remove the torx bolt at the pivot point of the tensioner (it's NOT reverse threaded), and the tensioner comes out of the bracket.
