sct live wire ts problems

just got back in to a diesel excursion and the previous owner had a SCT livewire ts on the truck. I plugged it back in and all i get is Error 10004 and 10007 for trying to get gauges to work. It has economy tune on it and I am worried about driving without gauges.

Anyone know how to correct this? SCT doesn't have much information on their website.

Never had that problem did you try emailing or calling customer support. The contact info is at the bottom of the manual.

I have read posts that sometimes the tune has to be uninstalled reverted back to stock and then reinstall the tune to help get it to work.
I do not know first hand tho.

I have been calling and emailing SCT but they are not responding. I might have to give this a try.
