I am concerned about my oil pan in my 302 not being able to clear the rack and pinion, Im going to get some side Ifs mounts from mid fifty. Any other recommendations and a vendor? I'm looking for weld in. Thanks
If you can weld why not make your own? $20 4 1/2" grinder wtih a cutoff wheel and some scrap steel and you are in business. Much easier to get everything to fit where you want when you make your own.
Did you change your oil pan to a rear sump?
I bough transdapt engine mounts but still had to modify them to work but my truck is an 49 f1 may work on your truck
As dave said could make your own for a few hours longer than I put in on my truck
I like the products that Paul Horton sells Ford | Welder Series Inc.
I have use his motor mount kits on a couple of cars and have been very pleased with the price, service, and quality.

Yep, they are nicely made and very clean. Here is a pic of them installed in my 40 Ford coupe chassis. One thing that I will point out however...these mounts work well with the rubber motor mounts that Paul Horton sells, they do NOT work with the mounts you buy from your local US parts store. I had to cut the pad and flip it to get the bolt holes to line up. I spoke with John about this problem and he said that it must be a Canada/US compatibility issue. He did give me a partial refund (not asked for but definitely appreciated) for the additional effort I had to make.
John, if you compare the photo you posted of the brackets with the photo of the brackets installed in my chassis you will see that the mounting hole orientation is opposite. I am using the Anchor rubber mounts that are made in the US and supplied by numerous vendors including O'Reilly's. The bolt orientation also matches the mounts I got some time ago from Midfifty in a crossmember kit. Did you buy your mounts from Paul Horton? I could have gone that route but I did not want to get caught needing a motor mount and find that I would have to order it from Canada.
To the OP: you can see the IFS in my chassis, I am running a 351W with a rear sump oil pan...no clearance issues with the crossmember or R&P. Your MII IFS setup should not have an issue with clearance to your oil pan unless you have the engine placed very far forward.
