What antifreeze?

Looking to do some radiator hose replacements on the Excursion and the Expedition. What is the name of the original type of antifreeze and where can it be obtained???

I couldn't tell you for the 5.4 but I ran the Ford Gold Coolant on my V10 Ex.

Besides the dealer you can find them at advance auto parts.

Just found this...

Guess I need the green for the Expy and the Yellow for the Big Ex.

Looks like the VC-7-B is the one I need, right?
