Too cool. I actually do business with a company out your way. About time for a walk through with them. There is a huge ford following here in my area, I'm really shocked there aren't more local folks on here.

Well, that's close!! I worked out of a shop in Blue Ridge all last year and the GF lives in Burgertown, TN (east of Ducktown).
I always tell people Blairsville has it all wrong and use McCaysville as an example. All summer long there's people walking up and down the streets, eating ice cream cones and carrying bags of stuff they bought at the downtown shops. We have a lumber yard on the square and except for a few events - nobody walks around (spending money) in our downtown...
I did hear a great story about the 'state line' painted on the street (and building). Apparently a couple of inebriated old timers went down there with some surveying equipment (they had never surveyed anything before) and established the state line was 'right here'. The line became gospel and contributes to tourism - so it stayed.
