Humming Buzzing noise

Humming Buzzing noise
On my new 2015 when I open the truck door and push on the brake pedal (no key in ignition needed), I get a humming buzzing noise from under the truck near the gas tank.. Can't pin point where the noise is coming from exactly.. It very noticeable especially in the quiet garage.. The noise lasts for exactly 3 minutes and quits or until you push the brake again.. During my dealer oil change, I ask them about it.. they had no clue..
Anybody else have this noise ?

Does your 2013 hum when you press the brake pedal with no key ? Not getting much response here..(155 views...) so I am thinking it is not so common or normal .. Trying to collect some info to tell the dealer.
