Hi everyone. I am new to here. I have a 2015 ford f250 xlt crew cab, 6.2, fx4 with about 1200 miles on it. My questions are, I have noticed a hissing or whistling noise while accelerating. I took to dealer and was told it was the throttle plates not closing all the way.I was told they all do this. Normal? Very annoying noise with windows down. Another noise I have been having is the brake pedal makes a popping noise while applying pressure to brakes. Dealer said brake pedal assembly was out of alignment. They said was out of alignment 1/8". After adjustment within a few days popping started again. Has others had any of these problems I am having? Thank you in advance.
I posted about this same noise mine makes and got no response. I don't agree that they all do it. Mine is very noticeable with the passenger window down and accelerating nest to something like a building. Makes you think something is "leaking" like a vacuum line? Mine has no brake pedal noise though.

Welcome to the forum, jdell74! You might want to take your truck to a different Ford Dealership to get a second opinion about the whistling noise. If you need help finding local alternatives, just enter your ZIP code here: Ford Dealers | Locate a Ford Dealer Near You | Ford.com Since you're new, I don't believe you have access to PMs yet. Once you do, feel free to send your information my way and I'll escalate this to your regional customer service manager. Be sure to include your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, current mileage, and preferred servicing dealership. Alternatively, you can send those details to custserv@ford.com with "To Crystal" in the subject line. Post publicly if you've decided to send an email.

~1800 RPM there is a little hissing upon acceleration. I figured that was just the intake. Hell, I have the intake on my buggy in the center console and that thing screams all day. I figure my truck's engine being almost five times the size of my Zuk's motor, a little hissing sound is to be expected.
