You do not need to open a new thread for every question. As far as parts, you have to find a bigger NAPA store with someone who knows older medium trucks.
As far as tune up stuff, if you have points, all the Ford V8 points are the same. The wires for you engine are same as car wires. For plugs, pull a plug and get the number off it.

Points/condenser/rotor/dizzy cap same 1957/73 FoMoCo V8's (except HiPo's with dual point dizzies) & 1974/75 FoMoCo V8's without electronic ignition.
Plug wires same as FE engines (352/360/390 and etc) installed in 1958/71 cars and 1965/76 F100/350's.
Green Sales Co. in Cincinnati OH (800-543-4959) has the largest stock of Ford obsolete parts on the planet.
Warranty Plate riveted to the left door face below the latch.
If it's missing, you can get a new Warranty Plate (and rivets) with all the correct codes stamped on it, by passing along your VIN and about 50 bucks to martiauto.com
Beginning in 1970: Safety Standard Certification Label glued to the B pillar below the striker plate. Has the VIN, Production Date and maybe the tire size, F/R GVWR's printed on it.
Upper pic: Sample of 1970/72 Warranty Plate.
Lower pic: Sample of Safety Standard Certification Label.
