65 F250 stake
No such thing as a factory dump bed.
If the stake bed can be dumped, it's either an aftermarket conversion of a factory Ford stake bed. Or, it's an aftermarket body company's stake bed (not genuine Ford).
Genuine Ford factory installed: Flat (Platform) and Stake (Platform & Rack) beds. These have F O R D letters (1957/79 - see pic below) embossed on the rear body panel.
If the bed has the Ford script on the rear panel, it's from a 1956 or earlier truck.
Do not believe the miles shown on the odometer, as it reads to 99999.9 then returns to ZERO!
1965 F250 2WD/4WD production figures that apply to this thread = Platform: 150 / Platform & Rack: 874
btw: Just because it may be rare, doesn't mean it's worth a pile of money. These trucks are only worth what people are willing to pay for them.
Flat and stake beds usually go wanting, as most people that covet these trucks, want pickups.
