Cruise Control Module Location 05 Excursion
I could really use some help discovering where my cruise control module is located on my 05 Excursion. . . I've looked at all of the pictures showing that it should be right in front of the a/c unit, underneath the vacuum pump, but on both my 04 and my 05 Excursions, there is nothing to be found on that location. . . your guidance, if you know where the bugger can be located, would be greatly appreciated, thanks, Greg

The EVTM shows that the the speed control servo on the 04 should be next to the brake master cylinder. On the 05, it should be on the other side near the blower motor. However, the WSM for both years has it right next to the starter relay (???).
Just follow the second cable connected to the throttle (the first goes inside the cabin to the accelerator pedal).

Oops, my bad. . .
Yes, both are 6.0 diesels. . . I have all but taken out the master brake assembly, and everything surrounding it, but to no avail. . .
because it is only electrically connected, I do not have a throttle cable to follow backwards to find where it is hidden.
I do appreciate your kindness to have given me such a quick reply.
