Very, very little rust!! Electrical nightmare, snagging new fuse block recomended on here soon.
#2 cylinder rings shot to hell, smokes pretty bad.
Interior not to bad, just will take time.
Overall not to bad to start with, have had two weeks and it's my dailydriver so repairs will be slow.
Thank you all in adavance for dealing with a million questions. Speaking of go in this morning and no power steering!!!! Ugh I can win.. Has fluid so pump must be shot. Who knows I'm gonna look at it after work.
I did, do you know anything about it or who had it/sold it to me? If so I would like to chat privately. Lost my iPhone so I don't have guys info anymore.
i dont really know alot about it. i went and looked at 4 years ago it had a light bar and push bar on it then. the bed was not bolted down then. if i remeber right its traded hands 3 to 4 times in the last 3 years.
Thanks man and yes bed is not bolted down. Gonna just remove it since it's almost off so I can clean the frame etc really nice and paint it. Easier to work on things with the bed off. I will be drilling new holes to get bed on with new bushings. Haea good one.
I brought this up in another thread, so I will ask someone who actually owns one - how do you know it's a 390? Have you measured the stroke? Or were you just told it was a 390 by the PO? The reason I ask is that the 360 and 390 are visually identical, but the 390 was not a factory option on 4x4s in 76. I see a LOT of 73-76 4x4s for sale where the seller says it's a 390. I just wonder how many actually are and how many are 360s that are being misidentified.
