Hey guys sitting in traffic is it ok to see 208 coolant about 100 degrees out

Today with oem tstat 97° out ECT getting off interstate hit 206 for a bit then back to 200 at 55mph.

Oil temp was 207 right after I posted this coolant went up to 210 and then shot back down to 202 rather quickly
