It wouldn't surprise me if I haven't met a few of them....if you were in Mom's any at all in the 80's we may have even met. Unless the timing was absolutely rotten, my wife probably waited on you.
What I remember specifically about Moms was back then and even into the late 90's people smoked in the restaurant. California had ended that I think in the early 80's but Mom and Caseys still did.
In that bottom Pic the row of officers one looks like a young Officer Childers who I think now has been on the force close to 30 years and who is still on the force today, he retired his bike couple years ago for a Dodge Magnum.
Pretty cool chatting up with someone who was here. I personally have not had a bike since I moved here well if you count a 650 Ninja the year I moved for fun I had, but then moved on and picked up this truck in the picture and been pretty much into that over bikes. More forgiving once you cross over a certain age bracket LOL.
