Water In Cab!!
I have a 96 Bronco. Everytime it rains, I have puddles of water in my doorsills, in the channel that runs underneath the black plastic sill plate. I have since taken out all my interior trim in that area in hopes to find out where it's coming from. It soaks my carpet and the thick padding stuff underneath as well. Besides the carpet I'm worried about rust. I can open my door after a rain and there is water in the crease of the weatherstripping, a part that when the door was shut would be inside. I thought about new weatherstripping but instead of buying I traded mine out with a old style 97 F250's from work. I bought some from JC Whitney but it turned out to be crap, the pinch mold was too thick (the trim wouldn't fit over it) and my doors didnt shut right. And I surely ain't paying $92 a piece from Ford!!! The only other affordable place I know is Jeff's Bronco Graveyard, but I'm still worried that the strips not being Ford parts, they won't fit right. Even with the stripping from the F250 I stil have a leak. What else can i do???

Water In Cab!!
I have the cracks in the roof behind the drip rails above the doors as mentioned by bigric. For now, I've sealed them with Black RTV and my water issues are solved.
Is this another common Bronco malady? What causes them? What is the best way to repair them and ensure they do not return?
