Replacing MFS did not help

I have a 1999 Ford E150. The blinkers and brake/tail lights do not work. I replace the MFS and they still do not work. Where should I go from here. The fuses are good.

Check for voltage at the multifunction switch. If that is good, start checking for voltage at the bulb sockets. If that is good, start checking ground connections.

Try to divide any problem in the middle then work in the direction of the problem.
