Replaced clutch on air condition on 2002 ranger truck, because air would run cold then would go off. Had clutch on for 1 month. It started again. Should I replace the clutch cycle switch? Need help someone.....!!!!! Will replace clutch cycle switch this weekend. Someone reply asap....please....

You'll need to do some diagnostic work so you actually know what's going on instead of guessing.

Check the FAQs above for starters. The Ranger's A/C system is pretty much the same as far as operation is concerned.

In reply to check diognostics, the problem is.....the air works great until the weather gets hotter..the strange thing is it WILL get cold again. Just not as cold. So can't get it checked for anything unless it gets warm. Everytime I take it back when it starts getting warm, I drive there and it is cold again! There has to be something simple to correct this. I am just tired of this happening.
